In a lengthy Instagram post, Storms reflected on her decision to leave Los Angeles for Tennessee, revealing that despite the challenges she currently faces, she still believes it was the right move.

"Despite everything that's been going on in my life right now... I still feel that the move to Tennessee was the best choice for me," Storms wrote, adding that Los Angeles "never felt like my real home."

The actress looked back on her decades-long career, explaining that acting was all she had ever known after entering the industry as a child. She admitted that becoming a mother to her daughter, Harper, completely changed her perspective on life and what truly matters.

Storms also briefly addressed her ongoing situation with ex-husband Brandon Barash. While she declined to discuss specific details, she emphasized that the issue is simply a disagreement between two divorced parents that she believes will be resolved soon. "I will briefly acknowledge that there is an ongoing situation with Brandon that will be getting sorted out (soon hopefully)," she shared.

The actress urged followers not to speculate about the situation, noting that she and Barash share a daughter who is now old enough to read what is written online. "I'm asking that the speculation on this issue please stop," Storms wrote, stressing that she wants to protect her daughter's well-being from unnecessary public attention.

Storms' latest statement comes after months of public attention surrounding her personal life and her future on General Hospital. Although she didn't provide an update on her return to the ABC soap in this post, her message focused on gratitude, personal growth, and prioritizing family during a difficult chapter.
