Jason Morgan puts his son first when he makes a sacrifice for Danny. Determined to give Danny the stable life Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) would have wanted, Jason stands by his decision to walk away from Sonny Corinthos' (Maurice Benard) organization. After years of living with the constant threat of prison or death, Jason realizes he can't continue risking everything now that Danny only has one parent left. It's a painful choice, but one Jason believes is long overdue.

Elizabeth becomes privy to a secret that could have lasting consequences.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) confides in Liz that he destroyed evidence to protect Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), admitting he abused his authority as a police officer for the sake of his son. Now Elizabeth must decide what to do with information that could jeopardize Dante's career if it ever comes to light.

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) experiences an emotional moment that catches her off guard. Whether it's Jason's life-changing decision or another heartfelt gesture from someone close to her, Carly finds herself genuinely moved during an otherwise turbulent day.

Valentin has a serious warning for Nina. As Nina grows increasingly close to Brennan, Valentin urges her not to trust him too quickly. Brennan always seems to have another angle, and Valentin fears Nina could end up paying the price if she lets her guard down.
