Entertainment Tonight sat down with The Young and the Restless veteran Joshua Morrow and his son Crew Morrow for an exclusive father-son interview, which was full of heartfelt moments and behind-the-scenes insights! The duo discussed their shared passion—acting!

It’s hard to believe it’s been 30 years since Joshua Morrow, then 20, made his debut as Nicholas Newman. The torch has passed as his 19-year-old son Crew makes his mark on The Bold and the Beautiful.

But what does Joshua think of his son’s choice to follow in his footsteps? Turns out, he wasn’t initially thrilled. “This is a tough industry,” he shared. “You just want your children to be happy and successful, but uh, he's tough and single-minded, and he just... he was gonna make it happen... and he sure did.”

Crew, taking wise advice from his TV dad, revealed the key lessons he's holding onto: “He tells me to be confident, have faith in yourself, and walk in with some swag.”

Amid the interview, viewers were given a sneak peek of a tense scene between Don Diamont (Bill Spencer) and Crew Morrow (playing Will). In the dramatic moment, Bill is seen "flipping out"—could it be because he discovers Will’s new role as an intern at Forrester Creations? Given Bill’s long-standing rivalry with Ridge Forrester ("The Dressmaker"), things will surely heat up!
