For those who might not remember, Phoebe was the twin daughter of Ridge and Taylor Forrester. Her character faced a heartbreaking storyline when she tragically passed away after a car crash, which occurred when she tried to grab the wheel from Rick, who was distracted and lost control of the vehicle. Phoebe’s untimely demise left a lasting impact on fans and the Forrester family.
