Legendary actor Tristan Rogers, best known for his iconic portrayal of Robert Scorpio on General Hospital, has been celebrated with a star on the Palm Springs Walk of the Stars. This honor, in the Entertainment and Humanitarian category, marks the 47th star to grace the prestigious walkway.
The ceremony took place on Monday, November 18th, at 2:30 PM/PT, at 849 North Palm Canyon Drive. Fans and colleagues gathered to honor Rogers, whose career has spanned decades, leaving an indelible mark on daytime television. Rogers debuted on General Hospital on December 2, 1980, and 45 years later, he remains a beloved figure in the soap opera world.
In a statement, Nona Watson, CEO of the Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce, shared her admiration for the actor:
