Electra has tried to put on a brave face, but the fallout from the Spencer fashion launch may prove too much to overcome. After learning that her jewelry line has been put on hold at Forrester Creations, Electra feels like everything she has worked so hard to build is slipping away. To make matters worse, she believes Will Spencer broke the promise they made to always be honest with each other. Although Will insists it was "just business," Electra sees it as a personal betrayal. Feeling hurt and disappointed, she makes the heartbreaking decision to walk away. Will desperately tries to convince her to stay and work through their problems, but Electra appears ready to leave the relationship—and possibly their future together—behind.

Meanwhile, RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) arrives at the beach house just as tensions between Will and Electra reach their boiling point. Seeing Electra preparing to leave, RJ doesn't hesitate to defend his cousin. He urges Will to let her go instead of trying to pressure her into staying.

Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) walks into a shocking situation when he discovers Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) unconscious after her emotional confrontation with Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang). The devastating argument leaves Hope physically and emotionally overwhelmed, and Liam is horrified when he finds her collapsed.
