In prison, Luna reveled in her battered appearance — almost proud of the chaos she’d caused — and swore to her cellmate that she wouldn’t snitch. True to her word, she didn’t.

When the prison doctor arrived, Luna put on a show, claiming that the women in her cell block hated her and that being incarcerated was putting her pregnancy at risk. She used fake tears, a trembling lip, and a desperate plea for sympathy (which is quite ironic coming from the LUNAtic).
The deceived doctor contacted Will, urging him to come and speak with Luna; she refused to explain over the phone.
When Will arrived, Luna began her performance, complaining that prison was intolerable — “as if anyone expected it to be luxurious or comfortable,” she remarked, “I’m under so much stress, and this can’t be safe for our child.”
Will seems like he might be falling for her wicked act.
