At the Spencer mansion, tensions escalated as Will expressed his increasing concerns about the toll the ongoing Luna situation was taking on Electra (Laneya Grace). Attempting to reassure his son, Bill (Don Diamont) insisted that the entire ordeal would soon conclude. He confidently assured that Luna (Lisa Yamada) would have no contact with Will or the baby once everything was resolved. Bill even mentioned he’d been talking to a lawyer and was sure the custody case would be “open and shut.”

After Bill left, Katie and Will took a moment to unpack everything that had gone wrong since Will’s romance with Electra had imploded. In a rare moment of empathy, Katie even managed to justify Bill’s actions, calling him “guilty but gullible.” She firmly believed he wouldn’t let Luna “brainwash him again.”

Later, when Bill came back home, he reassured Katie and Will that Luna hadn't affected him, referring to her as "that vile creature" and ridiculing her futile attempt to wield the word “grandchild” as if it were a magical key to liberation.
