Bradley Bell Confirms Luna Nozawa’s Story Is Over

In a TVInsider interview, Executive Producer and Head Writer Bradley Bell makes it clear.

Bradley Bell Confirms Luna Nozawa’s Story Is Over

While the younger set’s recent storylines were fueled in large part by the manipulations of Luna Nozawa, viewers shouldn’t expect her to resurface in 2026.

Executive producer and head writer Bradley Bell makes it clear: Luna’s chapter is closed.

“Luna is dead,” Bell confirms. “We all saw it.”

Still, Bell had nothing but praise for Lisa Yamada, whose performance left a lasting impression on the show and its audience. Bell applauded Yamada’s Emmy win and credited her for bringing an unexpected blend of levity, spark, and uniquely sharp delivery to a dark and twisted character. Her ability to balance menace with charm elevated the storyline and helped propel the younger cast into the spotlight.

“She took that character and ran with it,” Bell said, calling the collaboration a joy and praising Yamada as both a performer and a person.

As The Bold and the Beautiful shifts its focus to new rivalries and next-generation drama in 2026, Luna’s impact will still be felt—but her reign of chaos is officially over.
