Tony’s Mysterious Absence
Tuesday’s Days of Our Lives kicked off with a mystery that had everyone on edge. In his office, EJ confides in Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) that Tony (Thaao Penghlis) has gone missing. According to Anna (Leann Hunley), Tony never returned from a business meeting while their cruise ship was docked in Athens.
EJ initially brushes it off, assuming Tony lost track of time, but Cat’s concern grows. She insists that every second counts if Tony’s truly in trouble — prompting EJ to take the matter seriously.
DiMera Business in Motion
Determined to stay composed, EJ shifts focus to the DiMera family business. He meets with Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) and offers his support in Tony’s absence. However, before their conversation can go far, Anna calls with an update: Tony’s meeting simply ran long, and he missed the boat. He’ll catch up at the next port. Crisis averted — or so it seems.
Salem Updates and Family Reactions
Meanwhile, in Horton Square, Cat contacts Rafe (Galen Gering) to report the situation, ensuring all bases are covered. Just as she hangs up, she runs into Chad (Billy Flynn) and apologizes for interrupting him earlier while Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) was present. Chad waves it off, quipping that it was “a lesson Jennifer needed to learn.”
Moments later, Chad’s tension breaks when EJ calls with good news about Tony. Chad practically shouts with relief — proving that even the strongest DiMeras worry when one of their own goes missing.
