Days of Our Lives Star Martha Madison Announces Exciting New Business Venture With Husband AJ Gilbert
The actress is expanding her entrepreneurial career with the upcoming opening of Spaghetti Western Restaurant & Bar in downtown Newhall, California.
Madison and her husband, AJ Gilbert, recently introduced themselves as the husband-and-wife team behind the new restaurant in an Instagram announcement, giving followers a closer look at their longtime experience in the hospitality industry.
From Salem to the Restaurant Business!
While Days of Our Lives viewers know Madison for portraying Belle Black, the daughter of beloved Salem couple John Black and Marlena Evans, acting is only one part of her professional life.
Madison is also an experienced hospitality entrepreneur who has spent years building businesses alongside her husband.
According to the restaurant's announcement, Madison founded The Madison Collective, a national hospitality recruitment agency. She also previously managed and co-owned Luna Park restaurants in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York, along with Henry's Hat, a neighborhood sports bar in Studio City.
Now, she's bringing that experience to Santa Clarita Valley with Spaghetti Western.

Madison's husband, AJ Gilbert, has an impressive restaurant background of his own.
Gilbert founded the Luna Park Restaurant Group and opened his first Luna Park restaurant in San Francisco's Mission District in 2000.
Over the following 25 years, he oversaw the development of six additional restaurants across Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City, and Dallas.
Spaghetti Western will mark his fifth restaurant concept and his first location in Santa Clarita Valley.
The couple also introduced Charley as part of the family team behind the restaurant, making this latest venture a family affair.
Pasta, Pizza, Cocktails — and a Grand Opening on the Horizon!
The couple's upcoming restaurant promises a menu featuring pasta, pizza, and cocktails.
The team revealed that Spaghetti Western is expected to open in downtown Newhall within approximately eight to ten weeks of the announcement.
They are also inviting supporters to join their exclusive "Founding 600" VIP program, which advertises priority reservations, waitlist privileges, a pre-opening invitation, exclusive merchandise, and other benefits.
Days of Our Lives Stars Show Their Support!
Madison's exciting announcement is already receiving love from familiar faces in the daytime television community.
Fellow Days of Our Lives actress Stacy Haiduk, known for playing Kristen DiMera, celebrated the news in the Instagram comments, writing:

It's wonderful to see Madison receiving support from her fellow performers as she prepares to launch this new venture.
A New Chapter for Martha Madison!
For longtime Days of Our Lives fans, Madison will always have a special place in Salem as Belle Black. But away from the cameras, she's proving that her talents extend far beyond daytime television.
