Willow visits Michael in Germany, but a receptionist falsely claims he doesn't want to see her, prompting Willow to cut her trip short. Nina offers phone support, promising to continue their plan. The receptionist informs Drew she misled Willow as instructed, and Drew confirms her payment is being processed.
Carly is relieved by the successful outcome of Sonny's surgery. Meanwhile, a nurse enters Sonny's hospital room, turns off his monitors, and prepares to give him a potentially dangerous injection. Sonny wakes up.
