Willow and Drew sought Mac's assistance at the PCPD after Jason took Amelia. Mac confirmed the children were with their father but later informed them that Michael had a legal emergency custody order, leaving Mac unable to intervene.
Gio felt betrayed and unwanted at the Quartermaine mansion after learning Brook Lynn had given him up. Seeking comfort, he found solace with Emma at the footbridge. Meanwhile, Dante confronted Brook Lynn, who admitted her fear and regret. Chase supported her but confessed he also knew the truth, angering Dante further.
Ned was furious with Lois for keeping Brook Lynn’s pregnancy and Gio’s adoption under wraps. Olivia shared in the frustration, but Lois pointed out that Olivia once hid Dante’s paternity from Sonny. Later, Sonny offered Lois comfort, appreciating that she had unknowingly given him a way to support Gio.
Michael reunited with Carly, Josslyn, and Jason at Carly's after Diane informed him about the custody hearing. Willow appeared, pleading with Michael not to take her children, but he remained distant and unresponsive.
Nina confided in Maxie at the Brown Dog Bar about whether to disclose her affair with Drew to help Willow. Their conversation shifted to Sasha, with Maxie recalling Sasha’s Halloween hookup. Curious, Nina questioned the bartender, who revealed it was Michael, not Jason, who left with Sasha that night.
