General Hospital Spoilers For Monday, April 13th, 2026
On the promo, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) questions Willow's extreme efforts on behalf of the Quartermaine family. Willow may defend herself, citing Harrison Chase's (Josh Swickard) past support during her trial for shooting Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). However, her loyalty may be leading her to questionable actions as she tries to help Chase and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) secure their future with baby Phoebe, even if it means stooping to a new low, such as eliminating obstacles.
Meanwhile, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) delivers important news to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), and it’s not something she’s eager to hear. Whatever Ric reveals could have major legal or personal ramifications, leaving Alexis shaken as she tries to process what comes next.
GH Sneak Peek: Ric Pays Alexis a Visit Ric pays Alexis a visit and she's not eager to see him, but he tells her that he's there on Sonny's orders.

Over on a lighter note, Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) makes quite the impression on Emma Scorpio Drake (Braeden Bruner), hinting at a possible new connection—or even the beginning of a budding romance. But in Port Charles, even the sweetest moments rarely stay uncomplicated for long.
ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) delivers a chilling warning to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) after her interaction with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Justine makes it clear that Sonny may be underestimating the danger he’s in. While Sonny brushes it off with his usual confidence—perhaps even teasing Justine about caring—she doubles down, insisting the threat is very real and that he needs to protect himself before it’s too late.
Brook Lynn shares exciting news with Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth)—she and Chase have received conditional approval to foster Phoebe. Ned is delighted by the prospect of having a baby in the Quartermaine mansion, offering hope amidst turmoil. However, Brook Lynn may realize that even a minor setback could jeopardize everything.
