General Hospital Spoilers For Monday, October 27, 2025
Nathan encourages Lulu to allow Rocco (Finn Carr) to reveal his secret dinner with Nathan, Liesl (Kathleen Gati), and Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) on his own terms. Nathan believes Rocco needs the freedom to be truthful and assures Lulu that he will monitor Britt closely to prevent any issues. Regarding Lulu, she will receive unsettling news, probably related to her mother, Laura (Genie Francis), and the intensifying situation at the Quartermaine mansion.
Sidwell (Carlo Rotta) persists in creating turmoil in Port Charles. After provoking Sonny (Maurice Benard), Sidwell has a meeting with Marco (Adrian Anchondo) and alludes to a sinister scheme, remarking, “Killing him does have its appeal.” Marco anxiously attempts to deter him, advising caution — yet Sidwell remains intent on scheming.
Trina (Tabyana Ali) unexpectedly encounters Portia (Brook Kerr) with Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) in her office, leading to an awkward situation. Trina apologizes for the intrusion, but this unexpected meeting paves the way for a significant conversation between mother and daughter.
Gio (Giovanni Mazza) seeks comfort from Emma (Braedyn Bruner) following an emotional talk with his grandmother, Lois (Rena Sofer). He confides in Emma, needing a non-judgmental listener outside the family turmoil. Emma offers a safe space as Gio processes feelings about Lois' guilt, Brook Lynn's sacrifice, and his role in the Cerullo-Quartermaine dynamic.
Tensions escalate when Laura finds Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) threatening Rocco and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), infuriating her. Drew remains defiant.
