Josslyn trusts her instincts and decides to visit Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) at Carly Spencer's (Laura Wright) place, believing he holds the answers she seeks, particularly about Cesar Faison (Anders Hove). As Josslyn continues her investigation, Carly grows increasingly rattled, fearing her daughter’s curiosity could land her in danger. Joss observes the tension between them and might also begin to sense the strain between Carly and Valentin, leading to new suspicions about what they might be concealing.
Elsewhere, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) stands firm despite Britt Westbourne's (Kelly Thiebaud) pleas to get away from Wyndemere and distance themselves from Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Britt fears Sidwell won’t let her live much longer, but Lucas believes there may still be a way out—if they can find the right leverage.
Regarding Britt, Russ Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) insists on finding out who shot him. He is aware that it wasn't Jason; however, Britt doesn't have the information, which is unacceptable for the WSB director. This situation could endanger her, leading to a significant setback.
At Sidwell’s side of town, Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) checks in and attempts to give 'Food For Thought' its possible shifting concerns about Josslyn’s growing curiosity. However, Sidwell has bigger priorities, and Joss isn't one of them!
