General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, October 1, 2026, promise family confrontations all over Port Charles. Dante Falconeri confronts Sonny Corinthos as questions continue to swirl around the Pentonville attack, while Scout Cain and Danny Morgan find themselves at odds. Elsewhere, Willow Tait pulls some strings, Lulu Spencer seeks out Tracy Quartermaine, and Michael Corinthos counsels Brook Lynn Quartermaine.
General Hospital Spoilers October 1: Dante Confronts Sonny
Dante confronts Sonny, who denies ordering the attack that injured Curtis Ashford and Jenz Sidwell at Pentonville. Despite Sonny's claim, evidence suggests otherwise. Sonny admits sending Vito to meet Sully, intending for Sidwell to be protected. However, Curtis reports his attackers claimed they acted on Sonny's orders. Surveillance footage confirms Vito met Sully. Dante, torn between his role as a police officer and being Sonny's son, is skeptical of Sonny's denial due to their complicated history.
Elsewhere, Willow pulls some strings. One possibility is that Willow's maneuvering could involve Nina and her situation at Steinmauer. Could Willow use her connections to help Nina gain her freedom—or at least make progress toward getting her back to Port Charles?
Lulu seeks out Tracy for guidance due to issues with her children. Charlotte was sent to boarding school after her dangerous behavior with Danny. Meanwhile, Rocco and Danny's friendship ended after a personal argument about Danny's late mother led to a physical fight. Lulu may need Tracy's reminder that parenting often involves making unpopular decisions.
Danny's fight with Rocco isn't over just because the punches stopped. Now Scout and Danny clash. Scout is growing closer to Rocco and worries that her fight with Danny might damage their relationship. Danny struggles with Charlotte's departure and, ignoring Jason's advice to respect Lulu and Valentin's decision, directed his anger at Rocco. This could strain his relationship with Scout, who is dealing with her own emotional issues involving Drew and may have little patience for Danny's anger.
Michael advises Brook Lynn, who is dealing with a lot in her personal life, especially regarding Chase. While there might still be love between them, it doesn't necessarily heal hurt feelings or restore broken trust. Michael might end up urging Brook Lynn to concentrate on what truly matters as she decides her next steps.
