General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, September 17, 2026, promise another tense day in Port Charles as Ava confronts Drew, Nina cracks under pressure, Carly meets with Josslyn, Trina visits Curtis at Pentonville, Jordan doesn’t mince words, and Sonny goes looking for information from Justine. After Nina’s very public arrest, the walls are closing in fast. Unfortunately for Nina, she has no idea that Drew may be responsible for making her look guilty.

Nina Cracks Under WSB Pressure
Nina knows she didn’t kill Brennan (Chris McKenna) and had nothing to do with his disappearance. Unfortunately, convincing the WSB of that is becoming increasingly difficult. Agent Bains (Alimi Ballard) revs up the amp and warns her that he has enough evidence to have her extradited. Her reaction could make the already frightening situation even worse.
Sonny Attempts To Get Info
After Sonny watches Nina get arrested, he will seek out Justine (Nanzeen Contractor) to get info. The WSB is operating on a level that may be outside Justine’s control. She could make it clear that she can’t simply pull strings and make Nina’s arrest disappear.
Carly Meets With Josslyn
Josslyn (Eden McCoy) has a warning for her mother. Joss may worry that Carly (Laura Wright) is setting herself up for heartbreak because Anna (Finola Hughes) will always occupy a unique place in Valentin’s life. That doesn’t necessarily mean Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) wants Anna back romantically, but their history and emotional connection won’t disappear simply because he’s with Carly. Now, Carly has to decide whether she can accept that reality.
Trina Visits Curtis At Pentonville
Trina (Tabyana Ali) heads to Pentonville to see Curtis (Donnell Turner), giving father and daughter an opportunity for an important conversation. The revelation that Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) was the other driver has added another complicated layer to everything surrounding Curtis and the people closest to him. Trina may have questions about where things go from here, while Curtis could have some advice for his daughter.
Jordan Doesn't Mince Words
With the truth about Brook Lynn’s involvement in the crash now out, emotions are running high. If Brook Lynn finds herself on the receiving end of Jordan’s blunt words, she may have to face yet another consequence of the decisions that helped put her marriage and several relationships in jeopardy. Brook Lynn is already devastated over Chase moving out and considering a legal separation. Jordan may remind her that the fallout extends far beyond her marriage.
Ava Confronts Drew
Ava (Maura West) suspected issues before Nina's arrest. Drew's (Cameron Mathison) mention of an "insurance policy" could reveal the truth about Brennan's wallet implicating Nina. If Drew admits to planting evidence, Ava faces a problem with her accomplice. Ava, who helped cover up Brennan's incident, is in a risky situation. Framing Nina for a murder she didn't commit escalates matters. While Drew might believe he protected them, Ava might see it as proof he would sacrifice anyone to save himself, raising concerns about his potential actions toward her.
