General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, September 22, 2026 have several Port Charles residents dealing with the fallout from Monday’s drama. Jason and Sonny find time to catch up, Carly (Laura Wright) goes into damage-control mode, and Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) finally comes face to face with Anna (Finola Hughes).
Meanwhile, Jordan (Tanasha Harper) sees something she definitely wasn’t supposed to see, while Lulu (Alexa Havins Bruening) turns to Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) when she needs someone she can trust. And judging by everything going on, Tuesday could leave more than one person wishing they had kept their secrets a little better.

Jason has a lot on his mind when he catches up with Sonny.
For one thing, his relationship with Britt is over. Jason admitted that he still loves Britt, but love wasn't enough to overcome his doubts about her story concerning Anna.
Jordan Sees Something She Wasn't Supposed To
Jordan's casual drink is about to become much more interesting.
While spending time with ADA Justine Turner (Nanzeen Contractor) at the Brown Dog Bar, Jordan will unexpectedly spot Sonny and Justine kissing. Talk about being in the wrong place at the right time.
Lulu Opens Up to Dante
Lulu also needs someone to talk to, and she'll turn to Dante.
Charlotte's (Bluesy Burke) recent behavior could certainly be part of the conversation. Lulu has been concerned about Valentin's (James Patrick Stuart) parenting style, particularly his tendency to be Charlotte's friend when she sometimes needs him to simply be her father. Charlotte's latest stunt may have proved Lulu's point.
Carly Goes Into Damage-Control Mode
Carly managed to stop Charlotte before her plan involving Drew (Cameron Mathison) went any further, but preventing the disaster was apparently the easy part. Now comes the cleanup. Charlotte intended to create a compromising situation with Drew and use the resulting footage as blackmail. She thought she was helping Danny (Asher Antonyzyn), but Carly understood immediately how badly the scheme could have ended. Unfortunately, Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) knows what Charlotte was planning. That leaves Carly with a new problem: keeping the situation from exploding once Drew learns about it.
