As the news of Monica Quartermaine's (Leslie Charleson) passing spreads, Sonny Corinthos and Carly reflect on the intricate relationships they have maintained with the Quartermaine family over the years. Together, they will express their concern for Michael (Rory Gibson) and Jason (Steve Burton), who are finding it difficult to manage this profound loss.
Anna (Finola Hughes) is totally surprised when a patient who looks just like Nathan (Ryan Paevey) shows up after a car crash. She firmly tells Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), and Lucas (Van Hansis) to keep this under wraps until they figure out what's really going on.
Cody (Josh Kelly) is still keeping Outback at the Quartermaine stables, where Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) discovers him. Aware that he's bending the rules, Cody intends to relocate Outback home. However, Brook Lynn points out that any rule established by a Quartermaine can also be altered.
Molly (Kristen Vaganos) ultimately confesses her genuine feelings for Cody (Josh Kelly) to her mother, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Alexis will provide sound advice, guiding her daughter through this complex situation.
Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) will experience significant upheaval in multiple aspects. Initially, Lulu (Alexa Havins Bruening) arrives at her doorstep, intending to negotiate peace for the benefit of Rocco (Finn Carr). However, the second surprise for Britt might be directly related to Nathan.
