General Hospital Spoilers September 28: Valentin Confides to Anna
Valentin opens up to Anna. With Charlotte's recent behavior creating even more problems, Valentin has plenty weighing on him. He may be forced to admit some uncomfortable truths about his daughter—and perhaps his own role in how she learned to handle problems. Anna knows Valentin better than most. If he's looking for someone who will listen while still telling him what he needs to hear, he may have picked the right person.
Speak of Charlotte, she isn't ready to simply accept whatever her parents have decided for her. Charlotte tries to sway Lulu, and considering what's at stake, expect her to make an emotional case. Lulu may believe tough love is necessary, but Charlotte sees things differently. She's already been through plenty of upheaval, and the possibility of another major change isn't likely to sit well with her.
Charlotte's problems won't stay between Charlotte and her parents.
Rocco gives Danny some bad news, and there's a good chance Danny won't be happy about what he hears. Danny has become part of Charlotte's complicated situation, so whatever Rocco reveals could leave him wondering what happens next. And with Jason likely to become involved when Danny needs support, this story may be far from over.
Lucas puts Carly on the spot, which could force Carly to take a harder look at her own choices. That's what siblings are for, right? Carly can defend herself against almost anyone in Port Charles, but it's different when the questions come from someone who knows her as well as Lucas does. Whatever Carly is wrestling with, Lucas may be exactly the reality check she needs.
Finally, Sonny makes Gio an offer. That's an interesting development considering everything surrounding Sonny right now. Gio will have to decide exactly what Sonny's offer means for him—and whether it's something he wants to accept. Sonny's intentions may be good, but in Port Charles, even a seemingly simple offer can come with unexpected consequences. And considering Sonny has a very difficult week ahead, Monday's conversation with Gio could become more important than either of them realizes.
