On Tuesday’s episode of General Hospital, panic spreads through Port Charles after Britt Westbourne takes off with Rocco Falconeri, leaving Lulu devastated and blaming herself for the terrifying situation.
As the search intensifies, longtime enemies put their differences aside, shocking theories emerge surrounding Marco’s murder, and Carly fears another life could be in danger.

Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) lends a sympathetic ear to Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), who continues blaming himself for Marco’s death. However, Carly refuses to let Lucas spiral into guilt and quickly shifts focus toward his safety. Since Lucas is still living at Wyndemere with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), Carly will become increasingly concerned that Lucas could be the next target. Carly ultimately pleads with Lucas to move out before he ends up in danger himself.
Elsewhere, Sidwell continues his own investigation into Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) murder and will share a troubling theory with Ava Jerome (Maura West).
Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) may grow suspicious about Alexis suddenly traveling with Ava, leading to more family tension. Meanwhile, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Detective Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) continue digging for answers as they pursue a major lead in the ongoing investigation.
Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will be overwhelmed with guilt over everything that’s happened. Despite the tension between them in recent weeks, Lulu and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will put their hostility aside and focus on what matters most — finding their son before it’s too late.
