GH Casting Shocker: Elliott Carr Joins Brother Finn Carr on General Hospital
Elliott Carr is headed to GH, and if his last name sounds familiar, that’s because he’s the real-life brother of Finn Carr, who plays Rocco Falconeri on the ABC soap.
According to Soap Steph’s Beehiiv, Finn had the best reaction when he learned his brother had landed the role. “Funny story — when I found out Elliott was joining GH, I literally jumped out of my chair and screamed,” Finn shared. “Pretty sure I accidentally jump-scared Alexa [Havins, Lulu] and Dom [Zamprogna, Dante] … they were innocently running lines in the same room.”
For Elliott, joining the show was a special experience made even better by having his brother already on set. “Getting to be on the same show as my brother was an amazing opportunity and experience,” Elliott said. “Finn has developed such a great rapport with all the cast and crew that I felt welcomed and accepted just by being his brother. He’s such a good kid and he made my job easier just by being himself.”
Although the brothers didn’t get to share scenes this time around, Elliott is already hoping for another chance in the future. “Unfortunately, we did not have an overlap in our scenes this time,” Elliott added, “but I’m hopeful that one day we’ll be able to share the screen together! Working with my brother has always been on the bucket list. Would love to be back soon!”
Elliott Carr is set to make his General Hospital debut on June 1, so fans can start counting down now.
