Peter Bergman In Pluribus

The Young and the Restless legend Peter Bergman (Jack Abbott) is taking a major leap from Genoa City to a futuristic nightmare! Bergman stars in Vince Gilligan’s (Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul) brand-new Apple TV+ series Pluribus — and fans are already buzzing about his chilling new role.

In the upcoming sci-fi thriller, a mysterious virus sweeps the world, making everyone permanently happy. Everyone, that is, except Carol Sturka (Rhea Seehorn), a romance novelist who’s immune. Bergman plays what appears to be the President of the United States, a man with a dangerously sunny demeanor who’s determined to “fix” Carol — whether she likes it or not.

The trailer opens with Bergman’s unmistakable voice delivering a calm yet sinister promise, and it’s sending chills down fans’ spines. This is a far cry from the warm, witty Jack Abbott we know and love — and that’s exactly what makes it so exciting.

Pluribus premieres November 7th on Apple TV+, and if the trailer is any indication, it’s going to be one wild, thought-provoking ride.
