Mattsson's last portrayal of Sasha Gilmore was broadcast on July 18th, concluding a meaningful and emotional chapter for the beloved character. Sasha leaves with her daughter, Daisy, with help from Jason (Steve Burton), on a flight to an unspecified country, starting a new life with her father, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), and mother, Holly Sutton.
Mattsson first joined General Hospital in 2018 and quickly became a core part of the canvas. Her portrayal of Sasha earned critical praise and a loyal fan base, particularly for her raw performances during some of the show’s most heartbreaking storylines.
