At the Abbott estate, Claire (Hayley Erin) pays a visit to Kyle (Michael Mealor) and admits she’s allowed others to hold too much power over her life. Determined to take control of her future, Claire makes a bold decision that could alter everything. The fallout of that choice may signal the end of her relationship with Kyle.

At the Newman ranch, Victor (Eric Braeden) convenes the family to discuss the threat from Cane (Billy Flynn). He criticizes Cane's dismissive attitude and vows to thwart his AI ambitions. Victor reveals a plan to temporarily ally with Jack (Peter Bergman) to trap Cane, prompting mixed reactions from Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle), who are concerned about the risks of this unpredictable partnership.
