1. She Loves Playing the Piano… Even If She’s Not Great At It
Cait admits her favorite instrument to play is the piano, even though, as she puts it, it's her worst instrument. Still, she’s passionate about improving and says she loves it “very much.” Music is clearly in her soul!
2. She’s Team Pineapple on Pizza (with a Twist!)
Fairbanks embraces the controversy—her favorite pizza topping is ham and pineapple. But wait… she throws jalapeños into the mix, too! Sweet, salty, and spicy? Bold choice, Cait.
3. Her Favorite Musical is Company
When asked about her favorite musical, Cait didn’t hesitate: Company. A Sondheim girl! She loves the complex, character-driven storytelling that defines the Broadway classic. (And yes, she doubled down, it’s definitely her top pick.)
4. She’s All About Birthday Cake Ice Cream in July
Salt & Straw fans, take note! Cait’s go-to ice cream flavor is a seasonal treat: Blackberries and Birthday Cake, available only in July, fitting, since that’s her birthday month!
5. She’s Dying to Work With Jason Thompson
Though the two Y&R stars haven’t shared many (or any!) scenes, Cait calls it a “crime” they’ve never worked together. “I would love to work with Jason,” she says, sending a playful hint, hint to the powers that be!
