Victor (Eric Braeden) approaches Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) and asks if “the transfer” is complete. Phyllis confirms with a sly smile, reminding Victor of his promise to make her happy, then inquires about Noah's (Lucas Adams) well-being.

Victor admits Noah’s recovery is slow and grim. Their tense conversation, filled with business and secrets, is suddenly interrupted.

Billy Crashes the Scene

Billy (Jason Thompson) enters joking about Halloween and Victor's "return to the crypt," prompting a glare from Victor, who mentions he's looking forward to the holiday with Connor, Johnny, and Katie.

Michael (Christian LeBlanc) arrives to speak privately with Victor, while Billy sits with an annoyed Phyllis. He questions her about her conversation with Victor, and Phyllis reveals they discussed Noah’s accident in Los Angeles. Billy offers to contact Nick and Sharon, but Phyllis insists on keeping it private, as Victor wants it confidential.

Enemies Turned Allies?

Billy finally admits he’s not just there to antagonize her — he needs her help. Despite accusing her of working with Victor, he now wants to enlist her tech skills to stop Victor from targeting Jabot.

Phyllis looks at him in disbelief — after all the betrayal, he’s asking for her help now? But deep down, part of her may relish the idea of turning her brilliance against Victor Newman… again.
