Jack refuses to sit back while Diane remains missing. With Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) tightening her grip on the situation, Jack realizes that traditional methods may no longer be enough. Determined to bring Diane home safely, Jack decides to take matters into his own hands.

Devon has concerns about Cane Ashby's (Billy Flynn) growing influence, and he's not keeping them to himself. After learning more about Cane's new role and involvement with Chancellor, Devon makes his feelings crystal clear. Protective of both Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Katherine Chancellor's (Jeanne Cooper) legacy, Devon warns Cane not to make any mistakes that could hurt the people he cares about.

Lily finds herself under intense scrutiny when Nikki questions the choices she's making at Chancellor. Now that Lily has regained control of the company, Nikki wants to know exactly what her plans are moving forward.
