The latest round of nominations was unveiled Monday on Entertainment Tonight, highlighting a competitive field that includes veteran favorites and two historic nominees from Beyond The Gates, which became eligible for Daytime Emmy consideration following its February 24, 2025 premiere.
This year's nominees are:
Stacy Haiduk as Kristen DiMera (Days of Our Lives)
Karla Mosley as Dani Dupree (Beyond The Gates)
Michelle Stafford as Phyllis Summers (The Young and the Restless)
Heather Tom as Katie Logan (The Bold and the Beautiful)
Tamara Tunie as Anita Dupree (Beyond The Gates)
The nominations mark another major milestone for Beyond The Gates, which landed two actresses in the Lead Actress category in its first year of eligibility. Mosley and Tunie have both delivered standout performances since the groundbreaking CBS daytime drama debuted, making the series an immediate awards contender.
The competition, however, is fierce. Michelle Stafford returns to the Emmy race for her powerful portrayal of the ever-unpredictable Phyllis Summers, while Heather Tom continues to earn acclaim for her emotional work as Katie Logan. Meanwhile, Stacy Haiduk's performance as the manipulative Kristen DiMera has once again earned recognition from the National Academy.
The 53rd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards are scheduled for Friday, October 30, 2026. A venue has not yet been announced, and NATAS has not revealed where viewers will be able to watch the ceremony. Additional details, including the host and Lifetime Achievement honorees, are still expected in the coming weeks.
