In Forrester’s showroom, Ridge was full of admiration for Brooke — not just for her beauty, but for her compassion toward Taylor (Rebecca Budig). Brooke admitted she truly wants Taylor to find happiness again, and Ridge teasingly asked if she thought that would happen with a new man.

Somehow, the conversation drifted to Hope (Annika Noelle) and Carter’s (Lawrence Saint Victor) recent breakup (as it often does in L.A.!). Ridge noted that Carter seems to be doing just fine, and Brooke replied that Taylor will be, too. That’s when the couple got a little… distracted — sharing a steamy make-out session right there in the showroom.

Of course, their timing couldn’t be worse — Carter walked in mid-kiss! After some awkward laughs, talk quickly shifted to business, with Carter mentioning that Hope’s line needs a new spark and hinting that the next big designer might already be waiting in the office pile.
