General Hospital has confirmed the exit of Goddard, who portrayed the mysterious and increasingly dangerous Professor Henry Dalton. The news was first reported by Soap Opera Digest, and a spokesperson for the ABC sudser provided a brief but heartfelt statement.
“We can confirm that Daniel Goddard has exited General Hospital as Professor Henry Dalton,” the spokesperson shared.Executive Producer Frank Valentini added:“I really enjoyed working with Daniel. It was a short-term role from the start and we appreciate what a good job Daniel did with it. We wish him all the best in the future.”
Dalton’s Dramatic Exit
