While fans know Corday as the longtime executive producer responsible for carrying on his family's television legacy, his latest real estate news is putting a spotlight on his Hollywood roots.
Ken Corday's $17 Million Home Hits the Market
According to an Instagram post shared by Visit Toluca Lake, Corday's residence is listed for sale through local real estate professional Craig Strong.
The property, located in one of Los Angeles' most recognizable celebrity neighborhoods, reportedly carries a $17 million asking price.
The listing also highlights Corday's longstanding connection to the entertainment industry and the Toluca Lake community, which has been home to numerous Hollywood personalities throughout the years.
For longtime Days of Our Lives viewers, however, Corday's greatest legacy isn't his impressive real estate. It's the television institution his family helped create.
A Family Legacy That Began in 1965
Ken Corday's connection to Days of Our Lives goes back to the very beginning.
His parents, Ted and Betty Corday, helped bring the NBC daytime drama to television in November 1965. What began as a daytime serial about the families of Salem eventually became one of the longest-running scripted television programs in American history.
Growing up around the production, Ken developed a passion for the entertainment industry, particularly music.
He eventually joined Days of Our Lives as a composer before moving into production and taking on the responsibility of continuing his family's work.
As executive producer, Corday has overseen decades of memorable romances, heartbreaking goodbyes, shocking returns, and unforgettable storylines.

Keeping Days of Our Lives Alive for Generations
Few daytime television producers have maintained such a personal connection to a single series.
Through changing television audiences, cast departures, network challenges, and the show's historic move from NBC to Peacock in 2022, Corday has remained a central figure behind the scenes.
For devoted viewers, Days of Our Lives represents more than entertainment. It's a tradition passed down through generations, with families watching the adventures of the Bradys, Hortons, DiMeras, and Kiriakises for more than six decades.
Corday's continued involvement has helped preserve that connection to the show's original creators.
And while his multimillion-dollar home listing is attracting attention, there's no indication that the real estate decision signals any change in his professional responsibilities at Days of Our Lives.
A Hollywood Legacy Beyond Salem
The Visit Toluca Lake Instagram tribute celebrated Corday's contributions to television while recognizing his connection to the community.
The post described his journey from visiting the set as a young man to becoming the executive producer of one of daytime television's most recognizable dramas.
With Days of Our Lives continuing to entertain audiences, the Corday family's impact on daytime television remains undeniable.
