Some of daytime television's biggest stars recently came together for a heartwarming evening celebrating friendship, sisterhood, and a beloved tradition started by soap legend Susan Flannery, who played Stephanie Forrester on The Bold And The Beautiful.
Michelle Stafford Celebrates a Special Night of Friendship With Daytime's Leading Ladies
The Young and the Restless star Michelle Stafford shared a touching Facebook post highlighting a special gathering hosted by General Hospital star Nancy Lee Grahn.
The evening brought together an impressive group of daytime actresses, including Heather Tom, Karla Mosley, Tamara Tunie, and Stacy Haiduk.
Stafford expressed her appreciation for the gathering, emphasizing how meaningful it is to see women in the entertainment industry supporting one another rather than competing.
She credited Susan Flannery with beginning the wonderful tradition and praised the friendships that have developed among the actresses.
Stafford also thanked Grahn for welcoming everyone into her home and providing a beautiful dinner.
The gathering was a reminder that while daytime television is famous for its rivalries and dramatic confrontations, the friendships behind the scenes can be just as powerful as the stories viewers watch every day.
The annual gathering comes just ahead of the 53rd Daytime Emmy Awards on Friday, October 30, 2026, when the five actresses will compete for Outstanding Lead Actress. Grahn, last year's winner, continued the tradition by hosting this year's nominees.
Whoever takes home the Emmy, these talented women have already shown that friendship is worth celebrating!
