Problems for Versavix — But EJ Has a Plan! After picking up food from the pub, Dr. Russell gets a call with unfavorable news: University Hospital won’t release him from his contract, threatening the Versavix venture.
Dr. Russell fears the deal is doomed, but EJ stays calm and strategic, assuring him with a smirk: “Don’t worry, Dr. Russell. All hope is not lost. Trust me.”
Chad questions Cat about her auction date with EJ. She explains EJ made a generous charity donation, which she couldn’t refuse. Chad then asks EJ why he bid on a date with Cat.
