General Hospital Spoilers For Friday, April 3rd, 2026
Jenz reaches his breaking point at Marco Rios' (Adrian Anchondo) funeral—and Sonny is directly in the line of fire. When Sonny shows up to pay his respects, Sidwell isn’t buying it. Instead of accepting sympathy, he explodes—accusing Sonny of being anything but sincere.
Meanwhile, Sonny tries to justify his actions to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), who questions why he would risk showing up at the funeral at all. Sonny may insist he’s trying to prevent things from escalating—but Carly may fear he’s doing the exact opposite.
Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) is admitted to the hospital for her procedure, surrounded by support as she prepares for surgery. Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) is by her side, but their conversation could reveal deeper tensions bubbling beneath the surface. In addition, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) opens up about her fears ahead of Molly’s surgery. With painful memories resurfacing, Alexis may struggle to stay strong—leaning on those around her as she waits for news.
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) attempts to repair her relationship with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). While Nina offers apologies, Curtis may caution her to be careful what she wishes for—hinting that consequences could still be looming.
