General Hospital Spoilers For Wednesday, March 11th, 2026
At the hospital, Dante and Elizabeth engage in a significant conversation that helps them discover some mutual understanding. When Dante discloses that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) have started dating, Liz might inquire about his genuine feelings regarding the matter.
Elsewhere, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) continues pressing Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for answers. After finding Sonny in a deep discussion with Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), Alexis grows suspicious that something bigger is going on behind the scenes. Alexis may demand to know what Sonny and Ric are planning, especially if she believes it could put others at risk.
Meanwhile, ADA Justine Turner (Nanzeen Contractor) attempts to act unfazed about her recent encounter with Sonny. Despite trying to convince herself that their passionate night was nothing more than a momentary lapse, Justine may struggle to completely push Sonny out of her mind.
Over at Charlie’s Pub, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) remains deeply concerned after Molly Lansing’s (Kristen Vaganos) health scare. Even if Molly insists she doesn’t need medical attention, Cody may refuse to let the matter slide. His insistence could force Molly to finally open up about the painful endometriosis flare-up she’s been dealing with.
Meanwhile, Lulu turns to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) for advice about her growing relationship with Nathan. Lulu admits that the romance has already created tension with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), leaving her unsure about how things will unfold moving forward. Tracy may offer Lulu some blunt wisdom about following her heart — even if it means upsetting a few people along the way.
