Josslyn subjects Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) to a rigorous questioning, evidently doubtful of his answers. Afterwards, Josslyn returns to Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) home and feels the presence of someone inside. With a weapon in hand, she makes her way upstairs to the attic and charges through the door. Will she find Valentin Cassadine (Patrick James Stuart) concealed in her mother's closet?

As Carly, being herself, snoops around and discovers a safe, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) comes back, compelling Carly to pretend she wasn't up to anything. Ava Jerome (Maura West) shows up and starts to connect the dots, but unfortunately, she misinterprets the situation.

At the operating table with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), time is of the essence. Upon finding internal bleeding, Britt proceeds with an emergency C-section, aiming to save both Delilah (Lily Cardone) and her baby. Unfortunately, despite her attempts, the outcome might be tragic. This heartbreaking loss could deeply affect Britt, and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) later encounters Britt in an unusually vulnerable state.

A private moment between Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) may not remain secret for long. The pair share an intimate encounter, but unfortunately for them, someone nearby catches a glimpse. Whether it’s an innocent misunderstanding or the start of major complications depends on who exactly witnessed the moment—and what they choose to do with the information.
