Meanwhile, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) puts Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) under pressure about Riza Thomson (Tina Casciani). Following the drama in Las Vegas and Riza’s comments about her connection to “Spider,” Chelsea wants answers about what really happened between them. Adam does his best to reassure Chelsea that Riza was simply part of an act and insists his commitment remains with her and Connor (Judah Mackey). However, Chelsea may still struggle to fully shake her doubts.
Elsewhere, Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracy Bregman) gives Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) another warning. Whether Lauren’s concerns center on Phyllis’ growing legal troubles, her dangerous choices, or the chaos surrounding Matt Clark’s (Roger Howarth) return, Lauren fears Phyllis could be headed for even more trouble if she doesn’t slow down.
