Phyllis sets a trap after realizing Matt remains a major threat. Determined to stop him before more damage is done, she takes matters into her own hands despite the risks. However, if Matt catches on to her plan, the situation could quickly become dangerous for everyone involved.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) gives Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) some serious tough love as growing fears about Nick’s emotional and physical well-being continue to intensify. Victor refuses to ignore the warning signs any longer and pushes Nick to face reality before things spiral even further out of control. However, Nick may not respond well to Victor’s controlling approach, especially as tensions between father and son continue building.
Meanwhile, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) turns the tables on Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) as he attempts to regain control of an increasingly unpredictable situation. Patty believes she understands the game being played around her, but Jack may have a few surprises of his own in store. Still, dealing with Patty is always dangerous, and Jack could find himself playing with fire if he underestimates her.
