Nick is prepared to take a daring step following another intense argument with Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). Nick encouraged Phyllis to end her partnership with Cane, but she struck a nerve by accusing him of privilege and hypocrisy, claiming he's only daring because, as a Newman, he has a safety net.
Jack (Peter Bergman) remains committed to protecting the Abbott family's honor. Confronted by the plotting of Victor and Cane, Jack remains steadfast, drawing on the wisdom and principles of his late father, John Abbott (Jerry Douglas). However, while Jack works to thwart Cane (Billy Flynn), he might be misjudging Victor (Eric Braeden), who is discreetly orchestrating his own long-term strategy.
Lily (Christel Khalil) won't hide her frustration or letdown. She's fed up with Cane's deceitful decisions and manipulation, and she's resolved to make him take responsibility for his actions. Their meeting is sure to be tense, emotional, and brutally honest.
