Nick Storms Into The Shadow Room
Nick enters the upscale club looking furious and desperate for answers. He immediately asks the bartender if Mitch Bacall (Matt Cohen) or Sienna (Tamara Braun) is around, but he gets nothing more than a dismissive shrug. His tension only rises as he spots Detective Burrow (Matt Cohen), who summoned him there. Nick wastes no time demanding answers, but Burrow insists there’s someone Nick needs to meet first.
A New Ally? Annie Joins the Investigation
A dark-haired woman approaches and introduces herself as Annie (Catherine Kresge), Detective Burrow’s partner. She explains that they are deep into an undercover operation targeting a fentanyl ring tied to Mitch Bacall.
Nick quickly corrects them — Mitch Bacall is just an alias. His real name? Matt Clark. The revelation stuns Annie and Burrow, who had suspected Mitch was fake but never uncovered the true identity behind it.
Nick Reveals Matt Clark’s Dark History
Nick’s anger spills over as he explains the horrific history they’re missing.
Matt Clark raped Sharon (Sharon Case),
spent years tormenting Nick and Sharon,
framed Nick for drug dealing two decades ago,
and supposedly died after Nick found him in the hospital intensive care unit.
Nick recounts being in the room when Matt ripped out his own breathing tube — a moment that convinced Nick the nightmare was finally over.
But now, 20 years later, Matt Clark is back. And this time, Nick believes he’s come to finish what he started.
Noah Was Targeted — And Sienna Is Missing Too
Annie suggests Noah must have overheard something tied to their operation, leading to his crash and disappearance. Nick agrees — Noah’s accident was not an accident. Worse yet, Nick reveals that Noah has been romantically involved with Sienna.
That’s when the detectives drop a bombshell: Sienna is missing as well.
Nick is stunned. Two disappearances, both connected to him, both connected to Matt Clark? His fear shifts into fury.
Nick Demands Action — And Makes a Chilling Promise
Nick insists the detectives call Mitch—Matt—and force a meeting. He believes Noah’s life is hanging by a thread. While the detectives caution him not to sabotage their fentanyl case, Nick couldn’t care less. The law never protected his family before, and he’s done waiting around. Nick vows there are only two acceptable outcomes: Matt Clark dies… or he spends the rest of his life in prison. Detective Burrow makes a call to dig into Clark’s history while promising to try to lure Mitch into a meeting. But he warns Nick they have to play this carefully — push too hard and the target could disappear for good. Nick doesn’t want to hear it. In his mind, time is running out for Noah.
