Phyllis and Cane Turn Up the Heat!
Phyllis stepped dangerously close to Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard), close enough to blur the line between business and something far more personal. When she asked what happened now, Cane shrugged and told her that it was up to her.
Phyllis teased him, asking if he thought she was about to use her sexuality as a weapon — something she claimed she’d never do. But behind that fiery banter, both knew they were about to play a very high-stakes game.
The Hunt for the Missing AI!
Cane made it clear that Phyllis was going to help him uncover who stole his AI program. The two leaned in close, plotting their next move. Phyllis quickly pointed the finger at Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), certain that he used Newman Media to throw Cane off balance and planned to weaponize the stolen AI to destroy Arabesque.
Cane wasn’t convinced. In fact, he turned the tables and named Phyllis as his prime suspect. He demanded she walk him through her theory — and though she defended herself, Cane’s suspicion lingered in the air.
Trust, Manipulation, and Victor’s Shadow!
Cane insisted that Phyllis help restore his image while he took on Victor directly. But when Phyllis revealed she didn’t have access to the AI program anymore, Cane pushed her to find another way to repair his reputation — maybe even by hacking Victor’s systems to get it back.
Phyllis bristled, realizing this was another of Cane’s loyalty tests. She crossed her arms and made it clear that she needed his trust before she’d agree to anything. Cane explained that everything had changed — his inheritance was being questioned, his credibility shattered, and his family out of reach. Now, he needed Phyllis to help him while he distracted Victor Newman.
Phyllis smiled slyly. “Have I ever let you down?”
Cane smirked. “That’s what I’m counting on.”
A Double Cross in Motion!
After leaving her suite, Cane made a call outside — instructing someone to “keep an eye on Phyllis Summers and report every move she makes.” Meanwhile, inside, Phyllis composed a message of her own: “We need to meet. Urgent.” Sent directly to Victor.
Looks like both Phyllis and Cane are playing each other — and Victor Newman may be the key to who wins this dangerous game.
