According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, The Bold and the Beautiful star Darin Brooks, 42, and actress Kelly Kruger, 43, are now officially divorced after citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
The former couple also finalized a settlement agreement covering their property, finances, and co-parenting arrangements.
Under the agreement, Brooks and Kruger will each retain the vehicles titled in their own names, along with their personal belongings, including furniture, appliances, clothing, jewelry, and other personal effects. Each will also keep the financial accounts and retirement assets held in their individual names.
The settlement states that both actors will retain any employment earnings they accumulated individually beginning on their official date of separation, December 31, 2025.
Brooks will keep the cryptocurrency assets held in his name, although a portion will be transferred to Kruger as part of the settlement. Kruger will retain all inherited assets.
The former couple share two daughters, Everleigh, 6, and Gemma, 4. According to the court documents, both parents waived their rights to receive spousal support, and neither will pay monthly child support at this time.
Instead, Brooks and Kruger agreed to split the cost of their daughters' health insurance equally and share responsibility for any additional healthcare expenses.
The pair filed for divorce in January 2026, bringing an end to their marriage after years together.
While their romantic relationship has come to a close, the finalized agreement reflects a focus on dividing assets amicably and continuing to co-parent their two young daughters.
