When viewers last saw Joy, she quietly left Salem and headed back to New York after quitting her job at Titan Industries. At the time, she was hiding a life-changing secret — she was pregnant with Alex’s child. Joy’s exit aired on March 19, 2025, and since then, Alex has moved on with his life. In fact, Alex recently married Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein).
But Joy’s return may change everything. If Alex discovers that he has fathered a child, his brand-new marriage could face an unexpected test. Will Stephanie stand by him? Or will Joy’s secret baby bring major drama to Salem?
