Thursday’s episode of General Hospital brings emotional conversations, shocking realizations, tense confrontations, and important updates that will shift several storylines heading into the end of the week.
General Hospital Spoilers For Thursday, February 6th, 2026
Curtis approaches Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) for advice on compelling Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) to take a paternity test. Alexis provides the stable support Curtis requires, explaining that while Curtis is legally entitled to seek answers, she advises patience.
A tense conversation occurs as Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrip) meets with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) to clarify his actions. Trina expresses her frustrations to Kai regarding Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). While Kai might provide the explanations she’s been looking for, his response could also raise a concern.
Unable to move or speak, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is stunned. Willow speaks to Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) about wanting Drew home under her care. Liz hesitates, asking if Willow is sure she can handle the responsibility. Willow insists she’s the only one who can give Drew what he “needs.”
Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) informs Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) about the new custody arrangement: a 60/40 split favoring Michael. Michael argues that this was the only viable solution and that any other option would have been catastrophic. While Sonny might agree, Carly does not.
Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), usually calm, reaches his limit and erupts, arguing passionately that Willow should have 50/50 or full custody due to his suspicion that Michael shot Drew. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) also reaches her breaking point, confronting Chase about why he can't move on.
