During a tense altercation, Luna (Lisa Yamada) shot Liam (Scott Clifton). Liam managed to seize the gun and return fire, resulting in both being left bleeding and unconscious. Finn (Tanner Novlan) arrived to find utter chaos. The hospital turns into a battlefield as Li (Naomi Matsuda), Grace (Cassandra Creech), and Bridget (Ashley Jones) rush into emergency surgery. With three people wounded, tensions soar, and lives are precariously balanced. It's an all-hands-on-deck scenario that tests everyone's limits.
Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) sincerely promises Hope (Annika Noelle) that he is prepared to be a surrogate father for Beth (Jordyn Grace). Despite his commitment to always be there for Beth, Carter hopes that Liam will still have the opportunity to fulfill his role as the father both his daughters require. Nevertheless, Hope's life is about to unravel.
